This design and build project consisted of five luxury homes in Tendring, Essex.

All five were brick built detached houses with internal garages and views over the countryside. Each property features high specification sanitaryware, tiling and kitchens.

The three storey properties are all run on energy efficient Air Source Heat Pumps providing heat to the under floor heating system.
