RAAC Reinforced Autclaved Aerated Concrete

We have recently finished the works to 1000m2 of RAAC strengthening to the Joyce Frankland academy, Saffron Walden, Newport.

This particular RAAC design involved timber joists on hangers running between structural steels/ timber beams, with additional steel where required.

We have carried out multiple projects on RAAC all slightly different subject to the structural engineers design.
