We have just completed works to Units 9 and 10 at Tollgate Business Park, Colchester. 

Two new mezzanine floors have been created in both Units 9 and 10 to form greater floor areas. Fire stopping has been carried out to the mezzanine floors and to all new structural steel work. 

Suspended steel walkways have been installed in Unit 9 and a new steel staircase to provide access to first floor level. New roller shutters have been installed within both Units 9 and 10 to comply with the new Mezzanine floor. A loading bay has also been created at first floor level in Unit 10.

The project ran for 7 days a week and 12 hour days to ensure that the project was completed on time for the client.
